Quinn is from New Berlin, Wisconsin. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin, Madison, and then a Master of Science degree from Georgia Tech.

Quinn has both computational and wet lab expertise. He is currently working on machine learning and collecting mass spectrometry data.
